The motor bearing is broken, how to take it off and change it seems to be very tight, dare not exert, there is no place to exert, how to do, Xiaobian teaches you a trick.
1. Open the back cover, first draw the shaft and motor housing with marking brush, encoder movable base and shaft, encoder movable base movable positioning ring and motor housing positioning line totally three.
2: Loosen the two fixed screw of encoder base and motor, unscrew the connecting screw of encoder and shaft. For conical connecting shaft, because the connection is tight, the thick screwdriver inserted into the side of encoder and motor (because the deeper the screwdriver is inserted, the thicker the thickness) can be used to eject the whole encoder. Pay attention to the insertion position of screwdriver, do not damage the encoder. When knocking, don't use too much force. Be careful not to let the encoder fall to the ground, it will break. For fixing with the stigma screw, the first step is to unscrew the stigma screw, and then take it out directly by hand.
3: After removing the encoder, you can disassemble the two end caps of the motor according to the general motor method. It's very simple. First, take out the pulley, then turn off the four fastening screws on both sides, knock the end cap out evenly with the hammer, and then remove the cover. The back cover can make a big gap by hitting the front axle end surface.
Note: The rotor has a very strong magnetism, not a lot of strength can not be taken out for a while, then the motor body can be fixed on the bench vise, and then you can pull out the inner rotor with your hands, pulling time must not stop, force until pulled out, otherwise it will be sucked back again to crush your fingers, so it is not worth it. Because some users do not know the internal structure of servo motor, they tap the motor directly with hammer without removing the encoder. As a result, the bearing is replaced, but the motor is also scrapped. Because there is a photoelectric code plate made of glass in the encoder, it will become fragments with a hammer knock, which deserves special attention.
4. Use Ramallah to remove damaged bearings and replace new bearings of the same type and size.
5: Install the stator back into the motor, install the motor end cap in reverse order, and return to the pulley.
6: The original positioning line made by marking pen is loaded back to the encoder.
